A friend fixed my treadmill, yay! While the jogging trampoline was fun I couldn't get any good speeds or challenge going.

OK Buddies , dig deep and (other then coconut oil lol) think of a way I can add fat to my diet snacks that don't include dairy. I need to up my calories by about 200. I am still feeling yucky and losing too fast I think. Whoever thought I would hear those words out of my mouth?

Shyguy has proclaimed Frittata Friday..... spinach garlic and mushrooms are going in mine, then I will have lunch on Saturday all ready in advance.

Have a fabulous Friday.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I just couldn't think of anything. Brazil nuts and the peanut butter/dark chocolate bombs are most likely the winners. Although I may have to try some of the mayonnaise of I can find a decent recipe.

One of my fat favorites: Chicharrón aka fried pork rinds. I think my treadmill may need fixing, very soon :(

I call it an omelet, but it's basically a frittata. I have what I call an omelet almost every morning :) Today's frittata consisted of zucchini, red onion, red pepper, mushrooms, bacon, Parmesan cheese & a lot of spices. I've heard turmeric is supposed to be good for you, so I added some to the frittata. Other spices used: garlic pepper, cayenne pepper

avocado, I add a tablespoon of flax seed to my morning smoothie and use ground flaxseed in my bread instead of oil. Lots of antioxidants and good fats. Congrats on the treadmill, it's definitely different than the trampoline. I love my little trampoline as I keep it handy so I can hop on it anytime and add a few minutes walking or jogging. I'm tied to a desk all day so any moving for me it better than sitting. Sitting too much can be fatal.

I am so far from losing too fast....looking at you food log makes me realize I need to research some foods that will help me lose - not just eat smaller quantities of the same foods that helped get me where I am. Darn...I may learn to cook!
