Sick babies today so not getting much computer work done nor a run in yet. The plus side is I made roasted cauliflower, yum, and kale, double yum. I also tried 2 recipes of fat bombs. Holy cannoli I am in love. Everyone had such great ideas for snacks I may do a list later and post it some where handy. We always plan out how we will succeed at our weight loss journey, how come we never plan out what to do when we may fail? I am going to think out more options for those social gatherings that can be more challenging. As well as those on the road days that I end up at a fast food window. I bought a new bikini last night and dammit I am going to wear it in July!
