LaShrebeka_BeastMode's Journal, 25 March 2018

*GOAL*: 165 or below by May 12th (my birthday).

Food-wise, it's been a rocky week. Added Metformin and Aldactone (PCOS meds) back in about 8 days ago. I have a good feeling about meds + 1200cals + 40/40/20 ratios + Whole30 Complaint. I can do it, I just have to build consistency.

I've been on metformin since my diagnosis a few months ago, I went to the sustained release as it gave me wicked gas...sounds like you have a great plan. I wish you the best on your journey.

Following Commons Sense Keto group (on FB) has my A1C down. No need for meds. Feeling fabulous! Good luck finding your way.
