Put on three pounds since 1/1/18. Guess that’s not too bad considering I’ve been down with the flu and not moving much at all. Feeling better just have to get my strength back and get rid of this horrible cough.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
