I've been missing. I took a self imposed "time-out". I had so many things going on that I decided to take a break from my program and logging. I went to visit my family & went to my 40th High School reunion. After that I went on a wonderful cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. When I got back from that we boarded up the house for Irma. No damage, was inconvenienced by power being out for 48 hours but had a generator so all was good. I went to a trade show in Chicago and spent a few extra days before with my sister running around and having fun! I did put on a few pounds but I enjoyed myself and I expected to. I did get a lot of exercise in Chicago! My sister counts steps and one day it was over 20K. Now back to my real life, and my program. I want to be down to my goal and make a Dr. appt for a check up by Thanksgiving. I have a friend that started Weight Watchers yesterday and we will compare!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
