I've started and stopped so many times. Even though I am not real heavy, I have the personality and habits of someone who struggles with their weight and eating habits. I eat healthy, exercise, but
I eat too much; I have no clue when I am full; and have a tendency to binge.

I need to remember these things and not put myself in situations where I fall off the wagon. I need to plan ahead when going to events that will put me in the situations where I will fall off the
