well right now I'm pushing more veggies and cut back on carbs .and doing pretty good ,setting right now at 132.2
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

629 kcal Fat: 17.95g | Prot: 62.40g | Carb: 55.63g.   Breakfast: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables. Lunch: Cloud Bread, Cucumber (Peeled), Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Hormel Canned Chicken, Kroger Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Fry's Light Pears Slices. Dinner: Veal Goulash with Vegetables in Tomato-Base Sauce, Hood Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Peaches. Snacks/Other: Jell-O Strawberry Gelatin Dessert, Chobani Nonfat Blackberry Greek Yogurt. more...
