well today did yard work out side trying to put some dead flowers ,out of the pots and put them away ,my steps are 5058,burned 1732,miles2.33 .not bad today .
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
