Ok, didn't follow the diet exactly, but tried. Still lost 3 lbs. not too bad. I am going to try harder to follow the diet, really I am.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
