Went to Taco Bell tonight had a steak quesadilla and a meximelt. I found out when I logged it in that the calories off the chart. OOPS! Ok I have decided to weigh in on Saturday Mornings rather then Monday's. I am going to swim tomorrow too, and try to do it at least every other day, that will help. Also, I wish I could find my diet book so I could follow the diet.
