Rochelle Pasco's Journal, 02 June 2017

Finally! After staying at about the same weight all through May I finally got below 159. Amazing how just the few "free" days I allowed myself it would take me the rest of the week to work it off. So, lesson learned. I am on my program! I might meet my end of May goal, by the end of June, but that's Ok. I'm not in a contest, there's really no one but myself that I have to answer to. Just my own personal goals. I really want to get to 150 because I should be able to stop using my C-Pap machine.

On a good note, I made sales calls last week. I wore pants that I hadn't worn in a while & they were big. One of my customers remarked how baggy my pants were and called me the incredible shrinking woman! I got those pants from a thrift store. I might just donate them back & look for a replacement.

how did u do it coz i have been at this plateau weight of 74 kgs for a while now and i have tried many different things including reducing my caloric intake..nothing seems to work:-(

For me what has worked is to keep my carbs under 50g per day. I've been keeping my calories under 1200. If I seem to stall out, I lower my carbs even lower till I'm losing.

Great loss, Girl! And you're right about the cheating days undoing all your hard work. They are the old Rochelle. The new Rochelle is the under 160 butterfly, soon to be under 150, and she eats like her wings will grow more beautiful with each pound lost. So happy for you!
