Loss in 5 days

I am having very hard time dieting. Last week Tuesday and Sunday I lost it, I ate lot. Some other days I struggled to eat even 1000 kcal. I thought maybe this will still result in good loss since it is like calorie cycling, but it did not. I saw increase on scale but I was a coward to put it here. So I waited till I see a loss, any loss. After years and years of losing weight and gaining again, I thought I would not make mistakes dieting, still my body changed I guess. I think I need to eat everyday around 1500 steady. Fasting etc. is not for me.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't fast, those around me appreciate that, hehe. I would change your thinking from dieting to a new way of eating. In my thoughts dieting is temporary, at least for me. But a new way of eating is something that I can, hopefully, maintain for a lifetime. Also it doesn't seem like you are punishing yourself but headed on a new adventure.

Maybe you should try a different way of looking at it, I know a lot of people that give themselves a "cheat day". This way you plan it and it's not as bad. Nah, I'm not about the fasting either, I'd be WAY cranky if I couldn't eat (I write this as I stick a piece of pepperoni in my mouth!)

This whole site is not about one way of eating or another, it's about finding out what works for YOUR body and being healthy for YOU! 🙆🏻So you try things and work to figure it out. There's always advice and opinions. Just keep the water and the protein going, everything else is pretty adjustable and even protein requirements for your body average out over days, or can. 😜

Well I'm trying this diet now protein and carb mixed diet. I never feel hungry. So basically first two days I eat only protein and minimum carbs 3,4 grams of protein for 1 kg of current weight and 1 gr of carbs . Third day I eat carbs 3,4 gr of carb and 1 gr protein for my current weight. So I'm 65 kg now times by 3 or 4 ,195 gr of protein 65 of carbs and 65 of fat to keep up the health. Day for is mixed day 2 gr of pro and carb.So I've lost4 kg in 2 weeks by eating healthy carbs and proteins by letting my body to burn fat. Search for it. It's amazing
