enjoying the progress...


incorporating a healthy life
style. learning as i go. natural inclination to incorporate strength training. it is fun to challenge someone.

Also, unusual cold weather makes me crave carb & greasy fast food.
But opted for healthy chicken breast.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
