It's been a busy few weeks. Finally lost the weight I gained from enjoying Easter. And no, I won't be indulging like that again. LOL! I didn't have a chance to log my weight last week before I went on my work trip. I went to a trade show in West Palm Beach. I planned ahead I brought nuts, beef jerky and Slimfast Advantage. When I went out with everyone to Burger Fi I had my burger on lettuce. I did indulge in an onion ring and enjoyed it! I used the gym and pool at my hotel and danced! I didn't make my goal of 160 but 162.2 is pretty darn good! I'll log again and continue on my way!
