Had a sore throat after i ate sugar free jam yesterday.
jam may have turned bad.
my bloating started 2 days ago. Sunday. 2 April. 7pm.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
