Went on Vacation.
Visited family in Illinois. Had Great time.
Connected with Family. Had Famous Chicago Hot Dogs.
Time well spent. Off Keto. Off intermittent fasting.
Followed family meals. =)
Now back At Home. Following my way of eating.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
