Another week and I'm down! I have some goals to meet and I really want to get there! I have a trade show April 23 and I would really like to be down to 160 for that. I have been pretty steady with keeping my carbs and calories down as well as getting in some kind of exercise most days. Still trying to focus on budgeting my carbs. I have a skirt I'd like to order from a catalog and I told myself I could order it when I get below 170. So I'm hoping I can order it this week! It's expensive (for me) but I really like it! I'll order it a size too small go it gives me more incentive to wear. Here are my goals My biggest goal is that when I get to the end I can go to the Dr. and be rid of my C-Pap machine. I don't want the sleep apnea anymore.
