Did horrible at eating this weekend, I had a few weak moments. Back on track today and walked 2.5 miles; ate well also, stuck to my goal of eating healthy.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
