Last couple of days, my body has needed more food for energy. i believe it is because of my increased daily activity & stress i am resolving with an
acquaintance. i note that so i do not make excuses about remaining consistent in my
journey. =)
136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Constant is better than up. Just be mindful of what you're eating and make sure it's in the healthy end of the spectrum
