Note to Self.
Spiritual balance is key to low stress.
Sleep early is key to letting go fat.
Keto achieved via low total 20 grams- 50 grams.
Or.
Kept achieved via All leafy greens & healthy fats & seeds.
Variety of Hobbies improving Self & helping Others.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So true about the mental component. I have lost so many times down to a certain weight and gain it back by about 20 lbs. Safe zone. This time I am adding spirituality and using support to breakthrough the block. Thanks for the list and comments.
