My weight is up and I'm not surprised. I had 2 big things going on this week. I traveled for work and I volunteered for the Indy race in St. Petersburg, FL. I thought I ate sensibly and I got a TON of exercise the scale shows I still have a lot to learn. I am back where I can log and measure and I'll get back on my plan. I have a trade show in April and want to be at 160 before then! I was off to a good start and though this may be a small set back, nothing that I didn't expect. This is all part of the learning process.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
