incorporating not eating in between meals to drop insulin. however intuitively eating when genuinely hungry within the 6 hour eating window. And not eating during fasting window.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
