Got a call from my doctor's office my a1c tested in the diabetic range. scared the crap out of me. I have to get this under control.
317.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1227 kcal Fat: 61.92g | Prot: 81.95g | Carb: 93.79g.   Breakfast: Peanut Butter, Boiled Egg, Oroweat Healthy Multi-Grain. Dinner: Marketside Sugar Snap Peas, Nabisco Triscuit Crackers Original, Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Boiled Egg, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Boar's Head Black Forest Deli Ham, Grape Tomatoes, Fresh Express Veggie Lover's Salad. Snacks/Other: Pears, Gouda Cheese. more...

I thankfully as a 14 year CNA and current nursing student I have a good knowledge base to work from. Unfortunately reading anything extra outside of school stuff won't be happening.
