Grr...Cut those carbs girl! My Dr had me doing 50g carbs or less a day. I'm down 105lbs in less than a year! You can do it! Google KETO or LCHF recipes and KETO on!

Ketosis is dangerous. Ketosis: A life-threatening buildup of certain acids (ketones) in the blood. Please eat at LEAST 50g of carbs, 130g is recommended. Reduce calorie intake overall to lose weight.

"Ketosis is a normal metabolic process, something your body does to keep working. When it doesn't have enough carbohydrates from food for your cells to burn for energy, it burns fat instead. As part of this process, it makes ketones."

KETOSIS: is a metabolic process that occurs when the body does not have enough glucose for energy. Stored fats are broken down for energy, resulting in a build-up of acids called ketones within the body. Some people encourage ketosis by following a diet called the ketogenic or low-carb diet. The aim of the diet is to try and burn off unwanted fat by forcing the body to rely on burning fat for energy, rather than carbohydrates. Ketoacidosis: is a condition where the levels of ketones in the body are abnormally high, poisoning the body. It is a serious and dangerous condition that can quickly develop, sometimes within the space of 24 hours. There are several different potential triggers for ketoacidosis. It is most commonly caused by illnesses that lead to the production of higher levels of hormones that work against insulin. It can also result from problems with insulin therapy, either through missing scheduled treatments or not being given enough insulin. wow...again....

Ketosis leads to Ketoacidocis. If you agree one is dangerous I don't see why you don't agree the other is.
