I am finally below 200lb. This diet is slower than usual but I am ok with this. I have been dieting since January 4th started at 232.5 lb. I am pleased.

Hey, that's fantastic, Amma! Congrats! That's a lot of weight to lose in six months! Slower weight loss is more sustainable weight loss. Your weight loss may slow down as each additional pound you lose becomes a greater percentage of your (shrinking) weight. Keep up the great work!

Thanks. I have found the weight loss has slowed down but I am doing good and feeling great. I have so much more energy. I wonder how long this will take me, I am really amazed that mentally I am still plugging on. I know that a big part of dieting has to do with my outlook. But I have lost 40 lbs before and it didn't take much for me to give up, but I was doing a much quicker diet. But this time I am more determined. I just feel so good!!
