Well sometime the scales give and sometimes they take away. No idea how I didn't gain a bunch of weight this week, but very glad I didn't

Have a great weekend
194.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
