Feeling good today. 160. Down 35 lbs. the number is still not real to me but I know it is coming. I haven't been this weight since 2006. Wow. This is crazy !!! Have a great week everyone. Cheers !!!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
