Right now I’m 139.4lbs. Today is March 16th. Do you think I could 15lbs by May 31st?? I have my cousins wedding to go to 🥲😭. I’m 24 who doesn’t really work out but I want to start running again. Thanks!
139.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'd have to average a loss of about 1.4 lbs a week, which is doable, but would really take focus, at least for me. It's generally recommended to lose between 1-2 lbs a week.

It’s doable but you need to stay motivated and dedicated. Break it down by week so you have smaller goals and definitely exercise!
