ok, yeah, definitely not trusting this scale. ordered a new one :) About 40 net carbs and 3k cals yesterday might have been a bad idea but it can't make me gain 4lbs of fat overnight.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Probably just retaining some fluid even though I weigh every day I try not to get too invested in it as long as I’m following my plan! I just roll my eyes then almost always the next day it’s back down 😂
