Very slow progression.. but I know the alternative, so even if I remain this weight forever, I'm still feeling way better than I did when I ate processed foods and simple carbs.

I'm continuing with my 30 min daily brisk walks and hitting the gym 3x's a week.

Recently, I feel like I have been coming down with something, but it remains faint in the background, so I'm hoping it will not intensify. I think the reason is that I'm taking such good care of my body. Need to remember this connection, so I never give up on taking care of myself again.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're meals look great! You'll get there. I'm sure you feel much better! Never give up. As you get older that weight can creep on. You'll get it off!
