Stuck - I am running more than ever. Calories are about the same. I'm not really upset as I am happy with where I am, but it does make me wonder what is going on.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fat may be converting to muscle - more dense. so may be losing inches but not seeing the scale move?

Your body has adjusted to the current workout. You need to mix it up with something else. Try adding a weight lifting program to your day.
