Frustrating that scale has hovered around this number for over a week. I'm used to it moving more than this in the past; I guess this is a sign that yo-yoing my weight can cause more harm than I thought. I am proud of myself for not giving up and continuing with my healthy eating and my physical activity. Also, I have had a couple coworkers recently notice that I have lost weight, so maybe I am losing inches even when the scale isn't budging. Oddly enough, I actually crave vegetables now where in the past I forced it. Feeling like I am in a good place.

Keep doing the right things and progress will come! Don’t trust the scale as the only metric. It gets cranky sometimes. I find progress pics, measurements and how clothes fit to be better indicators of progress than the scale, personally 😎

Yeah, I know. I've been down to 120 lbs twice before, years ago. Just seems this time around, weight is dropping slower than what I'm used to. I'm taking it as a sign that I really need to stick with it.
