So close to being in the 80s. Trying to focus on how much better I feel. Breathing is easier and much more flexible in yoga (I could finally do child's pose without suffocating). No joint pain at last night's yoga. Also reminding myself that it hasn't even been a month yet. So far all I've changed is not eating starchy carbs, and I feel way better. No cravings for snacking either. Happy with my accomplishments so far.

Thank you. It's always a little harder in the beginning because it feels like there is such a long way to go, but I am reminding myself that even if the numbers aren't exactly where I want them to be, other things already are and make me feel so much better.
