Thank you. I am working it back down already. The Monday weigh in was for a running challenge that I signed up for. I don't want to weigh more than once a week, so I just use my Sat number again on Monday for the challenge. I have already knocked two pounds back out. I am hoping some of that gain last week was residual food and water in my system. Regardless, it was a solid kick in the pants.
