Great Job!! How long have you been doing the program, I have been a little over a month,but lose very slowly, I exercise everyday and keeps carbs at 20, but only lose half a pound a week, sometimes a pound and a half, it seems like everyone else loses much faster.

Been at it since mid December! I try to keep it at 20 net carbs per day. I also take Fish Oil, Vitamin D and a multivitamin.
I also have to take a dose of metformin daily because I was showing eve very slight signs of insulin resistance. I should lose 2 lbs per week this way! Don't give up and ask your doctor about what more you might need to do to help.
