I haven't been keeping as close of track. I am keeping up with my morning exercise and recumbent bike I've been stuck at 192.2 for a few days. Now it's the weekend and I have to count or I'll weight more on Monday.

Just for Today: Keep Exercising!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
