Well Christmas and New Years sure took their toll. I hope I can get back to my routines again. this is where I blew it a few years ago. I get to a good point (but not where I want to be ), then take my foot off the gas. Things just slowly devolve from there and I fall back into bad habits.

the key for me is tracking everything I eat. When I do that, everything else seems to fall into place. I will concentrate on that.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I took find we have to be vigilant every step of the way, it doesn't take long to slip into bad habits. You've mirrored my experience exactly. But, today's another chance to do better and be better, to recommit to your resolve. Happy to see you here. Don't give up! You've worked too hard!
