Cals up, net carbs down. Already feeling cravings settling. It has been an insane few years. I hit my lowest weight just before getting married during the pandemic, then gained about 80lbs during my pregnancy with my (now almost 2-year-old) son. Husband still recovering from his experiences as an ICU nurse during the pandemic and only recently graduated with his bachelor's degree in nursing, I'm a full-time graduate student in counseling and the primary caretaker for our sweet and awesome little boy. We just officially moved out of our 2-bedroom apartment with somewhat scary neighbors into my parents' house (they're awesome and have enough space) to get our footing. Finally have enough things in place in my life to get back into my keto groove. I'm choosing grace upon grace for myself and my family.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
