I got on the scale this morning and I am 3lbs heavier than I did on the 29th I feel really terrible about gaining 03 pounds but hey what can you do weight has its own mind.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
