Feeling pretty good about this. I wasn't going to weigh myself until Saturday, but I couldn't resist. I have also lost 1.1% in body fat since Saturday.
326.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 136.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
