Things are moving in the right direction! I feel like I'm getting my shape back, and maybe I'm not really, but the positive feeling has me pushing forward and excited to continue my journey. Added weight lifting to my routine and excited to build up my strength. Looking forward to starting running in early spring. For now, keeping it at rope skipping, yoga, weights, and bootcamp classes.
