Skipping is going well. Evening eating is getting better. Weight isn't coming off fast, but I am losing inches. (Lost 5 inches off waist). I am stronger too, I can slowly lower myself to the ground push-up style, on my feet, no longer on my knees.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
