Bad days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but have noticed that when I eat over my calorie limit, following calories is more likely to help me not totally lose the plot. I am more likely to stop as soon as I realise I am going over, because I can see by how much.

Have stuck perfectly to calories Sat, Sun, Mon and feeling motivated. Exercising reasonably well and motivated to get my exercise programme timetabled properly.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.0 lb a week
