Diuretic in BP medicine definitely had a lot to do with the sudden weight gain. Back on track now with new meds. A lower dose of everything. BP is improving. Dr. says I am on the right track and could possibly get off meds if I keep improving diet and exercise, no matter what my age. So encouraging to hear that. My last Dr. said I would never be off of BP medicine because of my age. I think I'll just see whose right.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
