Hard to properly track weight as I just started running, and am building muscle. Although my weight isn't really going down, my clothes are continuing to get loose, so I know I am still heading in the right direction.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
