I am trying, but have so many temptations (no support from my family) which doesn't help at home. I do great at work during the week, the weekends are hard for me. I must try to be stronger to resist the temptations.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey, I just noticed your journal entry and felt I had to respond. It really sucks that you're getting no support from your family - I'm actually very lucky that my partner loves me whatever weight I am but will always support me in whatever I do. Everyone needs support. You say that you do great during the week, which means that you're already doing great 5 out of 7 days, ie most of the time! That's a huge positive and is definitely not to be sniffed at. I always find workdays easier because work occupies my and stops me thinking about food, but on weekends I tend to visit my parents who offer lots of yummy feasts. However, I know that if I'm determined enough I can do it and so can you! A bad day doesn't mean everything is ruined. We're only human and if we keep gettin ourselves back on track we can get there.
