I seem to be on a plateau. I haven't been exercising and I am not walking enough. The weather and my daily babysitting is really having a toll on my progress. If stress has anything to do with it, then that explains it. I am worried about money. I don't like being in debt. We are not starving or without a place to live, but the money will not last forever with none coming in.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
