Thank you all for your support and cheering me on over the years. It has truly been a yo-yo journey .Now I am having a hard time figuring out how to maintain. Now I am wondering if I will ever be satisfied.... Now,I would like to see the seventies ....This year I have lost 50 pounds. First time I have ever made my goal weight. I have stuck to low carb. Now I am going to try to get off diet.soda and drink more water. About May I discovered high protein shakes, for lunch, refreshing in the summer soft frozen, helped me not be so hungry all evening, and helped my energy level, also helped my sweet chocolate fix. I ride my exercise bike 10 miles everyday, it’s old like me, with not much resistance but it still counts the miles, and I only miss for emergencies and vacations. Just wanted to say thank you all ...I will be checking in on you all , continue your journey and never give up!
