The weight loss just is not happening. I can feel my clothes fitting a little better, but the scale is not moving for me. I've basically lost about 2 pounds in the past month following Atkins pretty closely. Yes, I have had a couple of 'cheat' days spread out over the month but for the most part I have been keeping both carbs and calories rather low. I am not giving up, though, because i know this is going to work.
I have been having back pain the past couple of days, which is very unusual for me. I am suspecting that it may have something to do with the low carb diet. I can't be sure, though. I will be adding light exercise in the next week or so to the routine after a long break without a work out routine.
