I've been under 20 net carbs a day for the past two days but have somewhat stalled on the weight loss. Also using Wii Fit balance games to get a little activity in.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
